I qualified from the University if the Western Cape in 2005 before I moved up to Durban to complete my compulsory community Service. Since then I have been combining work and training at various private practices around Durban before retiring from competitive swimming and heading to India to design and run a 30 week manual sports physiotherapy course for post graduate physiotherapists in a rural town in India. I also set up a swimming academy and spent some time working with the National Indian swimming team.

I have my own practice at CORE medical centre sharing with 2 other therapists. Our approach is “hands on” as we believe this approach is essential in delivering the desired results. We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and specialise in sports injuries, spinal conditions of the neck and back, headaches, post-operative rehabilitation as well as general maintenance and conditioning of athletes
